“Who owes me money this week?”
The answer is in your books. Today someone digs it out of a report. With your accounting connected, you ask.
Your invoicesFor small-business owners
Ask your business a question out loud and get a straight answer back. That is what we are building: a voice assistant connected to the tools you already use, starting read-only, so you stop digging through screens for things your business already knows.
Start with a 20-minute intro call or a 45-minute Business Audit. The first look at one process is free, and you keep what we map.
An illustration of the kind of question you could ask. Not a live connection.
Which one sounds like you?
The answer is in your books. Today someone digs it out of a report. With your accounting connected, you ask.
Your invoicesIt is somewhere in your email. Ask for it, and ask what the status is, from the car if you have to.
Your inboxOnly one person knows. Talk it through once and it becomes a guide a new hire can follow.
Your how-to guidesComputers, accounts, backups and security, handled. You usually hear about a problem from us, not from a customer.
Your ITBefore you ask what it can do
A 24-hour assistant is not new. The question that matters is whether it can see your business. A voice assistant that can't reach your records is a nice toy. One that can is a conversation with your business.
Voice access to your business data is what we are building, one business at a time. On a first look we show you what asking out loud looks like, then map what yours would need to connect to. We start read-only: it can look, not change.
Ask what it connects to. 30 seconds, captions on.
What we actually do
No jargon, because the jargon is where the money goes missing. If somebody can't explain what they are doing in one sentence, they are charging you to be confused.
We watch how the work really happens, then set one clear way to do it. It stops depending on who picks it up.
Once the work is steady, software does the boring parts overnight, and you can ask it questions out loud instead of opening five screens.
Computers, accounts, backups and security, handled. When something goes wrong, you usually hear it from us first.
The library
Work with us and you get the shelf as it grows. One is built and in testing, the rest are planned. Each card says which.
Answer a few plain questions about your week. It finds the first job software can safely take off your plate, checks your records system, and gives you a 30-day plan.
Built for ChatGPTTalk through how a task gets done. Get back a how-to guide a new hire can follow.
Planned for ChatGPTAsk out loud who owes you money this week and hear the answer from your FileMaker data. It only reads. It never changes anything.
Planned for ChatGPT with voiceChecks whether ChatGPT, Google and your own website describe your business the same way, then lists the fixes in order.
Planned for ChatGPTFour short talk-it-out exercises we use in the work. Most of us explain our work out loud far better than we write it, so we start there.
How it works
Nobody should have to buy a six-month program to find out whether we are any good.
We sit with whoever actually does the job and write down how it really happens, including the steps that never made it into the manual. You keep that map either way.
We cut the steps that don't earn their place, write down the way that works, and teach it. The job stops depending on who does it that day.
The repeat work moves to software, the answers become something you can ask for out loud, and we keep it running.
Step one puts the map of how one process really runs in your hands within 14 days. You keep it whether or not you hire us.
The Business Growth Blueprint, from NTI Business Solutions
Each question becomes a short list of things to check, with room to write the decision beside each one and a plain definition of done at the end. Start with the one chapter costing you most. Ignore the other nine until that one is done.
Honest fit
We would rather tell you no now than take your money and tell you no in three months.
Who you'll be working with
The people who set up your systems are the people who keep them running. You are not handed to a call center after the sale.
A long-running IT and software company in San Diego. FileMaker development, licensing and support.
IT and AI consulting: automation, operations and IT, built around the tools a small business already runs on.
Common questions
Not unless you decide it should. We start read-only: it can look things up and answer, and nothing gets written. You choose what it can see.
Almost never. Most of what we do is making the tools you already pay for talk to each other. Replacing things is expensive and disruptive, so it is the last resort.
Parts of it. Voice assistants that read email and documents work today. Asking your own database out loud is what we are building, one business at a time, and our library marks every piece as in testing or coming until it is done.
That is not what we sell. The work we hand to software is the copying, the chasing and the retyping, which is the part your people already hate. They get their day back for the work only a person can do.
You get the map of how one process really runs within the first couple of weeks. Making a job steady takes longer, and automating it comes after that, in that order.
It depends on how many processes you want fixed and how tangled they are, so we won't pretend there is one number. The first look at one process is free. After that you get a fixed price for a defined piece of work, not an open-ended hourly bill.
No. If nothing needs to change, we say so.
If the same job gets done more than a few times a week, it is big enough. If every job is truly one of a kind, we will tell you this is not for you.
Your move
Tell us about one job that comes out differently every time, or one question you wish you could just ask. We map how it runs today and show you what it would take. You keep that map whether or not you hire us.
